Family & Career? With Us, You Can Have Both!

At our company, people come first – and that’s especially true when it comes to how many of our colleagues successfully balance their careers and family life.
Many of our team members are parents themselves and have been part of our company for many years. We’re particularly proud that so many of them have returned to us after parental leave – often with new perspectives, fresh ideas, and plenty of motivation.

One thing we’re especially proud of: Numerous colleagues have grown from junior positions into senior or leadership roles – despite, or perhaps because of, the unique challenges that come with family life. We know that parents bring invaluable strengths to the table: organization skills, a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and a whole lot of passion.

That’s why we make re-entry as easy as possible – even starting with as little as five hours per week, for those who want, as one colleague put it, “a bit of intellectual nourishment beyond diapers.”

In our back office, too, team members with children show every day how well family and career can go hand in hand. Thanks to flexible part-time models, the balance between work and family works particularly well here – and many have been able to continue developing professionally and personally, often precisely because of this way of working.

Another great benefit: We offer two additional social days that can be used flexibly – for example, when daycare is closed or for special family occasions that require a parent’s support. We want to give our employees the freedom to be where they’re needed most – whether that’s at work or at home.

With flexible working hours, part-time options, and the possibility to work remotely, we’ve created an environment where family and career don’t compete – they complement each other.

We firmly believe:
👉 Happy parents make happy employees – and vice versa.

That’s why we support our moms and dads in finding their own path – whether that’s in their career, at home, or in a way that beautifully combines both.
