Process & Collaboration

After an initial, non-binding consultation, we analyze your current HR situation and jointly define which tasks we will take on. This is followed by a structured handover of your processes to our team, with support from either Germany or the Czech Republic, depending on your company’s location.

In most cases, we can begin providing support within a few days. The exact start date will be flexibly coordinated with your internal processes and billing cycles.

You will be assigned a dedicated HR contact who knows your company and coordinates ongoing HR processes. Additionally, an experienced HR director will be available to provide advisory support, ensuring quality and continuity.

Communication is regularly conducted via email, phone, or video call. Additionally, in-person meetings on-site are possible by arrangement, for example, on a weekly basis.

Initially, we require access to existing personnel data, employment contracts, salary information, and, if applicable, your HR systems. All further details will be coordinated during the handover process.

Yes. We integrate with your existing HR or payroll systems or work with our own digital tools—depending on your technical environment and preferences.

All personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR. Access is restricted to authorized individuals within the relevant HR team and is conducted in close coordination with data protection.

Our support adapts flexibly when your company grows, new employees join, or additional locations are established.
