At allaboutHRLaw, we are always happy to welcome new faces to our team and right now, we are delighted to introduce Jule, Susanne, and Leonard. Jule is pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Science, Leonard studies Business Psychology, and Susanne is completing a distance-learning program in Coaching and Personnel Development. They are using their internship to gain exciting insights into real-world practice and to get to know the diverse areas of our company.
From day one, Jule, Susanne, and Leonard have felt well supported. “The open exchange with the other interns and the feeling that we can get help at any time is just great,” they say. Right from the start, they were actively involved in day-to-day operations and were able to contribute immediately – a hands-on beginning that is not only educational but also highly motivating.
In their daily work, they support us in various ways: assisting with client support, managing client inboxes, participating in online meetings, and helping with recruitment. This includes reviewing application documents, conducting telephone interviews, and coordinating interview appointments. In this way, they get to know many different facets of our company and gain valuable experience.
But our interns don’t show commitment only at work – they also have exciting personal interests. Jule, for example, loves tennis and yoga, and Leonard is passionate about football, running, and reading.
We are also pleased that Tabea, who joined us at the beginning of September, continues to be an important part of our team. Together, our interns enrich allaboutHRLaw with fresh ideas, drive, and new perspectives. We are excited for the weeks ahead and look forward to seeing how they will continue to support and inspire our team.
