She started as an HR Business Partner at our Cologne location — today she is a Senior HR Business Partner and supports our leaders and teams with her extensive expertise.
What impresses us most is how Julia balances her professional responsibilities with her family life. As a mother of three, she navigates her daily routine with remarkable structure, energy, and calm. After two parental leaves, she returned with the same dedication and high level of professionalism, showing us every single day what successful and inspiring work–life balance can look like. Her solution-oriented mindset and her ability to stay level-headed — even in challenging situations — make her an invaluable pillar of our team and a true role model for all of us.
