We are delighted to welcome our new intern, Clara, to the team! With an exciting combination of professional expertise, practical experience, and a genuine passion for people and company culture, she brings a breath of fresh air to our daily work.
Education & Experience
Clara completed her state examination for upper secondary school teaching (Gymnasium) in German and English and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Studies. Language, communication, and structured working methods are clearly among her key strengths.
In addition to her academic background, she has several years of experience in customer service. Notably, she has also worked as a self-employed competitive sports coach. This role required a high level of responsibility, as well as the ability to motivate individuals and provide tailored, one-on-one support.
She is especially interested in how effective HR work can contribute to a positive and motivating corporate culture. Appreciation, clear communication, and strong collaboration are central to her approach.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll most likely find her:
- bouldering or climbing,
- with a book in hand – preferably English-language literature, or
- outdoors in nature, recharging her energy.
