Around four and a half years ago, Anna Sophie began her journey with us – fresh out of university, full of motivation, and eager to gain practical experience. Starting as a Junior HR Business Partner, she quickly began building her first experiences and discovering the diversity of our projects and clients.
From the very beginning, her commitment, structured approach, and strong people skills stood out. Step by step, she took on more responsibility, grew both professionally and personally, and gradually developed into her role as an HR Business Partner.
Today, Anna Sophie is a valued Senior HR Business Partner – a trusted point of contact for both our clients and our internal team. She independently manages projects, supports change processes, and actively contributes to the ongoing development of our HR strategies.
